RETURNS AND REPAIR
Simply put, we aren't happy if you aren't happy. If you aren't in love with your new jewelry, contact us within seven days of receipt to initiate an exchange.
Jewelry must be unworn, and in original packaging with proof of purchase from SUN. Please note, rings with inlay cannot be resized. If you are unsure of your ring size, contact us and we can walk you through it! We apologize that we cannot offer returns at this time.
If your jewelry is in need of repair, please send an email to email@example.com to learn more and request a repair. We can only repair jewelry that has been purchased directly from SUN, so please provide us with proof of purchase in your email.
